English/French Policy
Centre Linguista has an English/French only policy in its schools. On school premises and during organized activities, students are required to speak either English or French (depending on the program they are enrolled in).
Attendance
Students are expected to attend all classes and be on time. Teachers may refuse entrance to a student who arrives 10 minutes after the start of the class. Students must attend at least 85% of their classes to receive a graduation certificate. Students intending to be absent from class must advise the Director of Studies in writing. In the case of illness, students must immediately advise the school by telephone.
Program adjustments
Upon written notice to the Director of Studies, students may transfer to another program provided there is a space available. Students who choose to exchange their original choice of program for one of greater value must pay the difference between the two at the time of requesting the upgrade.
Wherever it is agreed between Centre Linguista and a student that it would be beneficial for the student to be moved to another Centre Linguista program, only a program of equivalent cost will be offered by Centre Linguista.
